In 2024, we took a pivotal step by travelling overseas to gain specialized training in the complete diagnosis and repair of the core component of these machines: the fibre laser source.

This experience has significantly expanded our capabilities, allowing us to handle repairs internally within Australia. Previously, such complex repairs had to be performed by manufacturers located in Germany, South Korea, and China, frequently resulting in lengthy turnaround times and added costs for our clients.
